EDBL 620 - School Operation and Management 3 s.h.
School budget development and management is a critical component in fulfilling a district’s purpose, mission, vision, and values. Too often these processes are viewed strictly as management tasks rather than key leadership skills that focus fiscal and human resources along with day to day operations on a course toward school improvement. This course covers structural components of school operation and management and effective techniques to maximize student outcomes. A-E Only. Offered once a year.
