SPED 6296 - Student Teaching in Special Education: B 3 s.h.

This is a quarter semester student teaching experience focused on working with students with special needs at the levels of the candidates initial teaching certification. Open only to those with graduate status in special education. To be admitted to student teaching all course prerequisites and approval of the department chair are required. This course is offered in an online format. A-E Only.
Prerequisite(s): SPED 5010 , SPED 5011 , SPED 5012 , SPED 5013 , SPED 5014 , SPED 5015 , SPED 5016 . Those whose initial certificate is Early Childhood will also need to have completed SPED 5019 . Those whose initial certificate is Adolescence Education will also need to have completed SPED 5020 .
