HDFS 1225 - Professional and Agency Documentation and Writing: DSP1 1 s.h.

This course introduces students to the skills of professional writing in human service agencies including case notes, referrals, business letters, and professional e-mails. It is a required experience for students taking the Direct Support Professional (DSP) Level 1 micro-credential. A core component of this course includes writing professional testimonials for the four Core Competency areas in the National Association of Direct Support Professional (NADSP) certification Level 1. A-E Only. Offered every semester.
Prerequisite(s): Only open to DSP1 micro-credential students.
