LAW 3340 - International Business Law 3 s.h. The course provides a basic introduction to international business law. Students will examine the sources of international law and governing institutions, both public and private; state sovereignty; international dispute resolution mechanisms; multinational business entities; banking and finance; trade; intellectual property; transportation; labor and human trafficking; environmental; and international business crime. A-E Only. Offered Spring only. GL Prerequisite(s): LAW 2222 .
