INTD 1120 - Peer Group Facilitation 1 s.h.

An experience structured to provide the opportunity for the active implementation of the knowledge and skills acquired in Component I, to further develop and refine said knowledge and skills. This course entails the attendance and participation in a 10-hour weekend facilitator’s seminar, weekly meetings with co-facilitators to prepare for the weekly meetings of Component I, and the co-facilitating of the weekly sessions of the same. Restricted to resident personnel. Pass/Fail Only.
