MGMT 3354 - Corporate Social Responsibility 3 s.h. This course provides a managerial perspective on the social consequences of corporate decision-making. The complex relationships among business, government, and society will be examined from the perspective of financial, legal, ethical, and philanthropic responsibilities. Topics for analysis include corporate governance, government regulation, business ethics and decision-making, employee relations, consumer relations, community relations and strategic philanthropy, technology issues, the global environment, and sustainability issues. A-E Only. Offered Fall and Spring. Prerequisite(s): JrS, MGMT 2241 with a “C” or better and a major in PACC, BSAD, BSEC, or ECON.
