A regional survey of the cultural, economic, and physical geography of Europe. Particular attention will be given to the geography of languages, religions, cities, political systems and economic development. Special focus also upon the European Union, the NATO Alliance, the Nordic Council and other important institutions. Pass/Fail Option. LA WHGA GL Prerequisite(s):SoS or GEOG 1000.
