COMM 2200 - Organizational Communication 3 s.h. The study of organizational communication explores the communicative processes through which individuals create and maintain organizations, including volunteer, non-profits, for-profits, and governmental organizations. Students in this course will examine theories and concepts related to organizations’ formal and informal communication networks, decision making, peer and supervisor role structures, and culture.
