BUS 4690 - International Business 3 s.h. This is the capstone course for the International Business concentration. A case-based study of the theory and practice of management in international business organizations. Topics include: international business issues; the international economics, financial, legal, and regulatory framework; international markets and marketing; cultures and institutional environments; human resource management in an international environment; and the management of multinational enterprises. A-E Only. Offered once per academic year. Prerequisite(s): JrS; ACCT 2100 , ACCT 2122 , ECON 1111 and ECON 1112 , ECON 3284 , FINC 3231 , MGMT 2241 , MKTG 2261 , LAW 2222 , (ECON 4335 or MKTG 3366 ) all with a grade of “C” or better, STAT 1010 , and INTD 1107 or CSCI 1000 , and a major in PACC, BSAD, BSEC, or ECON.
