MGMT 3353 - Production & Operations Management 3 s.h. This course focuses on the process of creating goods and services. Topics include operations strategy, process design and management, enterprise resource planning, quality management, decision analysis, and forecasting. This course covers many concepts, systems, and methods of operations management with emphasis on quantitative methods and including a team-based computer simulation. A-E Only. Offered Fall and Spring. Prerequisite(s): JrS; ECON 1111 , MGMT 2241 all with a grade of “C” or better; MATH 1050 or MATH 2230 , STAT 1010 , INTD 1107 or CSCI 1000 ; and a major in PACC, BSAD, BSEC, or ECON with a minimum 2.0 major GPA.
