BIOL 685 - Studies in Limnology 4 s.h.

A standard graduate level limnology course covering biogeochemical and physical processes in inland waters. Designed for students with solid undergraduate preparation in basic biology, freshwater ecology or limnology, chemistry, earth sciences, and calculus-based physics. Involves substantial reading of classic and current limnological literature and scientific writing with revision cycles. Laboratory and field experience in limnological methods. (Sustainability Focused course). A-E Only. Offered every Fall semester.
