INTD 150 - Library and Internet Research 1 s.h. An introduction to research using a wide variety of techniques and resources in both general and subject-specific areas. The broad objectives of the course are to provide students with an understanding of the nature of information in the contemporary world, skills for locating and evaluating information, and knowledge of how to present the results of research. Print resources, electronic resources, and the Internet (including the World Wide Web) will be explored as potential search tools.
