An in-depth study of the principles surrounding effective coaching behaviors. This course prepares students for the foundational development of their coaching philosophy, the various relationships they will need to build, the ethics they will confront, and the skills of coaching (practice plans, recruiting, scouting opponents, in-season versus out-of-season, etc.).
