MGMT 3353 - Production & Operations Management 3 s.h. This course examines the design and management of operations in manufacturing and service organizations. Topics include operations strategy, process and capacity analysis, forecasting, quality management, inventory management, supply chain coordination, and decision analysis. The course emphasizes analytical decision-making and practical application, using cases, quantitative models, and experiential simulations to illustrate real-world operations and supply chain challenges. A-E Only. Offered Fall and Spring. Prerequisite(s): MGMT 2241 all with a grade of “C” or better; STAT 1010 , INTD 1107 or CSCI 1000 ; and a major in PACC, BSAD, BSEC, ECON, or MKTG.
