FCSE 3300 - Demonstration and Practical Skills for Human Ecologists 3 s.h.

This course examines demonstration skills that are developed by identifying the needs of the audience, knowledge and organization of content, preparation of materials, and practice. Through project-based learning and utilizing appropriate technologies, students will learn effective principles of presentations and demonstrations. Additionally, basic food preparation and apparel construction demonstration skills will be developed for secondary school Family and Consumer Science instruction. A-E Only. Offered Spring only.
