WLED 4092 - Research, Theory, and Practice in Middle and High School World Languages Education 4 s.h. A study of the methods and materials appropriate for the teaching of World Languages, this course introduces students to instructional strategies that have communicative purpose and lead to growth in language proficiency, as well as the tools to critically examine their own practice. The course includes a minimum of 40 hours field placement in a middle or high school World Language classroom. A-E Only. Offered Fall only. Prerequisite(s): Candidate status in Education required.
