ECON 3216 - College Fed Challenge Preparation 3 s.h.


An opportunity to contribute to a team presentation for the College Fed Challenge, an intercollegiate competition organized by the Federal Reserve System. Students collaborate to research current U.S. macroeconomic conditions, analyze potential risks, and formulate a monetary policy recommendation. This hands-on experience emphasizes the role of monetary policy and its impact on the broader economy, providing an introduction to careers in economics, banking, finance, and public policy. A-E Only. May be repeated for up to 6 s.h. of credit.
