CNED 5021 - Education Law Requirements 1 s.h.

The course provides education majors with essential information in accordance with NYSED regulations related to identifying and reporting suspected child abuse; harassment, bullying and discrimination prevention and intervention, school violence prevention and intervention, identification and prevention of drug, alcohol and tobacco related problems of the school age population, fire and arson prevention, child abduction prevention, and general safety education.
