CNED 597 - Seminar in Counselor Education 1 s.h. - 3 s.h.


The seminar provides an opportunity for continued study, research and discussion which is directly related to professional growth in the areas of school counseling, marriage, and family therapy, and community health counseling. Seminar topics will be identified by an appropriate sub title, i.e., Topics in Multicultural Counseling. Scheduling of seminars will depend on availability of faculty and evidence of need. A-E Only.
Prerequisite(s): SCNS or SCHC Degree student status or permission of department chair. Additional prerequisites vary depending on the particular seminar topic. (Note: A maximum of 9 s.h. in Seminars may be credited toward the Certificate of Advanced Study.)
