PHED 248 - Exercise Psychology 3 s.h.


Exercise psychology is the study of the dynamic influences that psychological factors and exercise behaviors exert upon one another.  This course is designed to provide students with knowledge related to psychological responses to exercise, factors that influence physical activity participation and adherence, exercise behavior change strategies, and psychological interventions for increasing exercise participation and adherence. A-E Only. Offered annually.
