CSCI 116 - Fundamentals of Programming 3 s.h. An introduction to the fundamentals of computer programming using a modern computer language. Topics include primitive data types, expressions and statements, control structures, input and output, arrays, pointers, functions, and structures. Students will write a number of programs with applications taken from mathematics, science and business. A-E Only. Offered Fall and Spring. LA Prerequisite(s) or Corequisite(s): MATH 105 or MATH 223 .
