SPED 600B - Student Teaching in Special Education: B 3 s.h.

This is a quarter semester student teaching experience focused on working with students with special needs at the levels of the candidates initial teaching certification. Open only to those with graduate status in special education. To be admitted to student teaching all course prerequisites and approval of the department chair are required.
Prerequisite(s): SPED 510, SPED 511, SPED 512, SPED 513, SPED 514, SPED 515, SPED 516. Those whose initial certificate is Early Childhood will also need to have completed SPED 519. Those whose initial certificate is Adolescence Education will also need to have completed SPED 520.
