ARTS 361 - Printmaking II 3 s.h.

A continuation of Printmaking I, providing an opportunity to gain further technical and expressive skills in the areas of printmaking, including but not limited to relief, intaglio, collagraph, contemporary, and combined processes. The exploration of contemporary printmaking will be continued from Printmaking I. Historical development of the chosen techniques, and the dialog between these traditions and the student’s creation of an individual style, will be emphasized. A focus will be on having the student produce a body of work that can be incorporated into a professional-quality portfolio. This class has an additional course fee. Offered Fall and Spring.
