COMM 238 - Strategic Communication  3 s.h.


Strategic communication is the organized use of persuasive words, images and actions to advance organizational aims. In this course students will learn the historical context, theories of strategic communication, and analyze and create a strategic communication plan. The course is designed to help communication studies majors understand the how and why of persuasive messaging across various mediums of communication. Offered once a year.
