Explores the practical and philosophical questions surrounding civil, political, social, economic, and environmental rights, religous freedom, and minority rights. It explores the contemporary practice of human rights in policy-making and law, with special emphasis on the role of politics and power in their interpretation, implementation, and enforcement.
